At Ravassia, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, we offer a 30-days easy exchange and refund policy.

Exchange Policy:

• If you wish to exchange an item, please contact us within 30 days of receiving your order.
• Items must be in their original condition and packaging.
• Shipping costs for exchanges will be the responsibility of the customer.
•  Our Return and Exchange policy is not applicable to custom orders, unless, there is an issue from our end (such as manufacturing fault).

Refund Policy:

• If you wish to return an item for a refund, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order.
• Please note we would be deducting 1000 rupees on the overall amount in case of refund for service charges.
• Items must be in their original condition and packaging.
• Refunds will be issued via bank transfer.
• Shipping costs will not be refunded.
•  Our Return and Exchange policy is not applicable to custom orders, unless, there is an issue from our end (such as manufacturing fault).
•  Refund and exchange requests will be processed within 7-10 working days of receiving the return item. Refunds cannot be paid in cash, due to policies of logistic companies and can only be processed via Bank Transfer.
• Kindly note if you opt for express delivery and want to return product afterwards, we would not be refunding the delivery charges.

Store your Jewelry in an anti-tarnish pouch when not wearing them. Avoid contact with perfume, lotion, and hairspray. To clean, gently wipe with a soft microfibre cloth. Rhodium plating will naturally lighten with daily wear — Ravassia's lifetime replating guarantee means this is never a concern.
